Purposes of processing and retention period
ADS collects and processes your data for the purposes listed below. We use both data that you provide to us and data that we collect ourselves (for example about your visit to our website). We retain personal data for the time needed to achieve a particular purpose, or for the time prescribed by law (e.g. for retention of accounting documents).
- SQL development and IPMS consulting services
ADS accesses personal data for the sole purpose of providing its SQL (database) development and IPMS (Intellectual Property Management Software) consulting services. The processing of your personal data is limited to what is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes pursued by ADS. The categories of data concerned by the processing are listed below: surname, first name, gender, address, e-mail address, telephone number and company number/VAT. Your data will be kept for ten years (statute of limitations).
- Personalised content
In order to make your visit to our website pleasant and useful, we store data about your browsing behaviour on our website (visits, clicks, searches). This allows us to show you ads that match your personal interests through cookies and your IP address. When we use other parties, they are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. - Improving our services and website
In order to improve our services and website, we may use your e-mail address to ask you if you would like to participate in a satisfaction survey or market research. As soon as the survey is over, we delete all personally identifiable data.

We will not gain access to your social media account. - Abuse and fraud
We may use customer data to prevent and investigate abuse and fraud by passing customer data to the relevant authorities.

ADS will not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we will share your information internally with our workers (whether employed by us or self-employed). Furthermore, we will share your data with third parties exclusively for the following purposes:
